The Space
Hollis Frampton was an avant-garde film maker, photographer, writer/theoretician, and a pioneer of digital art. One of his most significant works, Zorns Lemma drastically altered perceptions towards experimental film. Opening with a reading of the Bay State Primer, the remainder is a 24-part “alphabet” - composed initially of street signs photographed in New York City.
